Friend’s birthday

My friend’s birthday was on Friday (12/15), and we decided to celebrate on Thursday (12/14). I had to get the cake that we book before, and then go to the water tower. We had to come up with an idea surprised the leading role. Our final decision was that one of people pretend to get hurt, and someone called the leading role. It seemed to be perfect, but the route that the leading role walked was not expectation we had before. The leading role had been found the cake first, but the plan did not totally fail. The leading role was surprised in the end. Happy birthday to you!

Uniform day

Uniform day was on Wednesday, and there were different school’s uniforms would be showed. It was long time that I hadn’t worn my uniform, and most of us were excited about this. Many classmates took their camera to take pictures to commemorate the day. It was more excited in the afternoon, because we were full of passage in front of the class in order to take pictures. It was a special day for us, I thought.

Watch sunrise in Ali Mountain

We planned to go to watch the sunrise in Ali Mountain, so we set off at twelve o’ clock a.m. on Sunday. We took about three hours to arrive our destination, and it was very cold that we were frozen. We were going to the hilltop about four o’ clock a.m. by car. First, we went somewhere to watch stars, and there were many stars. We had watched Mars, Virgo, Gemini, The Leo, artificial satellite, and the brightest star-the Venus, the only star could take a picture. The second destination was somewhere that we could watch the line in the color of blue and orange before the sunrise. The third destination was Couple Tree. It is rumored that the man touched the husband tree could have a good and wise wife, and the woman touched the wife tree could have the best husband. The fourth destination was the place where could watch the sunrise. As soon as the sun rose, we all felt warm and excited. The last destination was the place where the big, strong tree in. It was a special experience that I had ever before.

A substitute teacher

I take my senior up on the offer to substitute the class in cram school. Upon arriving the cram school, I started preparing the contents that I had to teach. An age of the students is study at six to eight years old. I was aware of it is not easy to teach them, because they are too talkative and lively. I had to take most of time to make them concentrate on the class, but it seemed not useful. The class finished with noisy. My method might leave much to be desired, but it is really a great experience to me.

Piano

I have not been played the piano for a long time, but I still wanted to play the piano again. My friend asked me if I wanted to go the piano room to play some day, and of course I went there. I found my friend’s skill was well, and it was surprising me. I told my friend that he was good in playing piano, and I wanted to learn. He lent me the music score to let me practice. I really went to the piano room to practice, but I found that I could not understand the music score easily and both hands could not match up well. I tried very hard to practice, and both hands matched up a little bit in the end. I thought I should have more time to practice it.

Join the service clubs

I wanted to join some clubs before, for instance, community service club, guitar club, dancing club. I did not join any club in the end. Fortunately, my friend wanted to go guitar club and of course I go to guitar club with him. This is my first time played guitar, and it was not easy to play than I though before. First, the member of the guitar club taught us the basic chords. He taught us C, D, G, Am major, and it was hard to switch D major to Am major. Second, he taught us the rhythm to play. I felt that it was easy for me, but it is difficult to combine both of them that I mentioned above. I think that I have new target now!

Watch stars

The weather is fine recently, so you can watch many stars in the sky. We often go to the water tower to watch the stars and to chat with friends. We all like watch stars, because it make us relaxed. We all like that feel, so we have seen stars so many times. If you have free time, you can consider going to somewhere to watch stars. Maybe you get some surprise from the sky.

Anniversary of the founding of a Yuntech 2

Yuntech’s anniversary full on Oct. 1, and my friends in senior high school would come to our school. I was very happy that they can come here, because I hadn’t seen them for a long time. I took them to visit our school, and go to a fun fair. They said our school was so big and beautiful, and it is different from their school. We sat down by the lake and chatted for a while, and then we go to downtown. I also took them to the night market- the biggest night market in Taiwan. We played and laughed all the way, and almost missed the train. We all had happy time that day.

Anniversary of the founding of a Yuntech

Oct. 1 was Yuntech’s anniversary of the founding, and there were some vendors on Thursday. It is said that the things they sold was not cheap than the vendors outside our school. Many people didn't buy food because of unreasonable price. There were four dancing clubs performances starting one of the series of anniversary’s activities. Many of audiences are excited about this activity, each club practiced very hard for their excellent performances. I thought that it was a successful activity. 張懸’s concert is one of activities in Yuntech. Before the concert, there was members of guitar club’s and the new singer- Joanne’s performances. I felt that Joanne’s singing relax me, and I felt that she give me a sense of 小野麗莎 and 張懸. After that, we saw張懸’s performance. I thought she is serious about his music, and she told us a lot about her attitudes of music and life. After the concert, I like her much than before. I felt that she is a cool person, and she is hardworking singer.

Lazy

I have not concentrated on my schoolwork since I entered the Yuntech. There are many temptations here; for instance, surfing the internet, doing different activities, chatting with friends…etc. Although I know it's time to study, I still use my MSN. I didn't study at all. The only thing I can do is force myself to leave my computer. I want to study more, because I don’t want to waste a lot of time on the things that are not meaningful. I think I need more times and determination to adjust it.

Exercise

I went to play badminton with my friends on Tuesday. There was a badminton competition there, and we watched it for a while. Wow, all of the players seemed to play it very well. Their power looked very strong. It shocked me very much. After watching it for a while, we started playing. We played it very smoothly, and we had a really good time. I really liked doing exercise, because I didn’t like to sit there all the time. I went jogging with my friend yesterday. We ran five loops, and we didn’t stop. I thought it was a good way to keep healthy. Let us exercise more!

Midterm

It was my first midterm exam in university, but I didn’t feel nervous at all. I was just afraid of some subjects that were too difficult to answer it. After midterm, I didn’t really hate open- ended questions, because I felt that it makes me think and express my ideas about questions. My TOFEL class had a conversation test, and this was exciting to us. Everyone had one partner and we had to start a conversation which depended on the situation we picked up. It was a big challenge to me, because I have never done it before. No matter how hard I practiced, I still made a small mistake during the test. Besides, our conversation didn’t be over three minutes so we still had to continue our conversation. I thought we might have a not very good grade. I hope my midterm could all pass.

First Aid Camp

I joined First Aid Camp on the last weekend with my friend. This camp taught us the basic knowledge about frist aid such as how to strap, how to use triangle bandages, how to move the person who injured, and CPR...etc. Although some of the contents had been taught in senior high school, I still felt it's hard to learn, especially the tests on last day. It was unlike the test that we used to take in senior high school. It was a test that need complete procedures not just one procedure and I could not remember it easily so I made many mistakes there. No matter how different I felt, I hoped I could pass the test and get a license. The most important thing was that I could take my deposit back.

Inflation

Everything in this generation has been risen, such as gas, flour, gasoline, vegetables…etc. As you can see, everything you touch is too expensive to buy. The only thing that hasn't been risen is salary. Now it is more difficult to live than before. More and more families are worried about how to earn more money to make ends meet. The truth is the disparity between the rich and the poor.” The poor is still poor while the rich is still rich. This phenomenon is too hard to solve it, and it has been existing for a long time. These problems may be existed forever. All we can do is reduce them.

Money

I have been so poor lately, I spent more money than last week. All of situations need money; for instance, my friend’s birthday, my slippers, and Rescue Training Camp. I have become more frugal since I studied here because I want to save more money. I know it is difficult to earn money because I realize my parents work so hard as to make ends meet. The only thing I can do for my parent is that I should study hard and keep healthy. If I have more time, I will take a part time job.

Have lunch with our teacher

Today, we have a lunch with our teacher. We go to the restaurant which located in Engineering Academy. Not only our teacher but also her daughter is there. Her daughter is so cute that we're all like her. The content about the lunch is that we ask questions and the teacher also wants to know us well. And we talk a lot such as how to go further study, adapt ourselves to Yuntech etc. It's really a good time for us, teacher and her daughter. Thank you for your lunch, teacher.

Go to church

My friend found one church in Yunlin. She invited me and other friends to go with her on wednesday. There were six people going to church. At first, we were playing games. That games let me feel excited and funny, and we knew each other very well by these games. All of church's members studied in Yuntech. I though they were easygoing. The last activity was taught us how to read Holy Bible, and they told us how to talk with God. It's a happy day, I really like that place. And ther is a good news for us, that is we dodn't have to go to church so far. Because that team is going to appear in Yuntech's club.

meteor shower

It's said that meteor shower was coming. And I went to see meteor shower with my friends. At first, we planed to go to 華山. Because something happened, we could not go there. It's all right. Even though we could not go to there, we could see the metor shower in campus. We decided to go to stadium, then we were all seated on the ground. Time flies, but we didn't see anything. We waited meteor shower till three'o clock a.m. We were all tired then, so we decided to go back to our dormitoy. But we didn't give up, we decided to go to water tower to try our luck. And we seemed to see two stars slipped slowly. We didn't know whether they were real meteor or not. Anyway, we just pretended they were real!

For teacher

I totally know what you mean. I'm so sad about my writing's grade only 40. And I eager to improve my writing skill. You mentioned that I should have spell checked and grammar checked. But all the articles are write by my own, if there are any problem about my grammar or spell, I would not know. Because I have been thought the grammar I write is right therefore, I would not discover how many times I read. I hope you can point out the wrong every article if you have more time, and I'll improve the wrong you pointed out. Become colder

After the typhoon last time, the weather become colder. People who live in the northen may not feel cold, but people who live in the southen may feel the winter is coming. I'm the person who live in the southen. And the weather in here is different from my hometown. In my hometown, the weather there is hot and wet and sticky, and the temperature in day and night are not large diference. Though I don't use to the weather here, I like the cool weather here.

Applied Foreign Languages get together

Today is our's meet day, and we are going to shrimp. We were not only shrimping but have BBQ. And there are performances, an competition. We were crazy because it's too high. I though it's a good activities that us attended. we all crazy like drunkers. Today is a happy day that i was ever have.

An accident

Yesterday, I wanted to start my motorcycle. Because it's long time I haven't used it. When I tried to start it, I was encountering my classmate. He said hello, and asked me"what are you doing?" I told him what I was doing, and then he help me start it. When he started it, it was emerging terrible voice. I crough down to look what happen. Oh! my. I forgot to open lock, and the lock was wedged. Because my forgotful, we began to look for a way to let the lock move. But no matter ways we try, the lock still wedged here. We have no idea so my classmate go to find the person who was good at fix mortocycle. My classmate come back soon, and told me that they couldn't come here today. But they have told my classmate how to put my mortocycle to let them fix conveniently. My classmate help me push it forward. The lock with wheels turned around. Suddenly, the lock was wedged any longer. We not only shock but felt odd. Whatever, the problem has solved.

nightmarket

After partime job, my friends invited me to the nightmarket. I went there by bicycle, and this is my first time to go. Fortunately, the nightmarket was easily to found.
wow, it's a lot of people, and there were also various vendors here. Like eating, drinking, clothes, plants, daily uses, everything you can image. I was so fall again. It's time to go back to school! On our way home, I felt weather become codler. The winter seems to come.

Double Ten

In every festivel, there are many activities will take place in some places. There were also an activity in Double Ten. I went to this activity with my friends. And we went to eat our dinner first. A lot of vendors there that we could choose. We ate kinds of foods, and they were sure to be delicious. Hmm, i like it, and i'm very fall. After finished our dinner, we went to the direction of activity. The most important thing was firework show. We all expected the show. When it started, we all concentrated on fireworks. We also yell liked crazy men at the sametime. It too crazy to let me happy! It was a perfect festival!
